Mental Health Workshops

Join us for workshops on how to process grief, navigate fear, and cope with life's stressors. We will also have a yoga class with meditation.

Join us for a Know Your Rights session led by NorCal Resist and a session on creating family preparedness plans in case of emergencies.

Enjoy our cultural sessions including cultural dance workshops and art sessions.
